Barcelona saw off Elche with a 5-0 win while Atletico will be the more motivated side after seeing off their local rivals, the mighty Real Madrid with a 2-0 victory. Both teams are tied on 38 points with a victory for either side seeing the victorious side going 2nd place in the table. Atletico play fearlessly in a manner most teams have deemed 'rough' but they don't care! If we want to believe all we hear, it could mean more trouble for Barcelona with reports saying that all is not well in their camp with a strong rife between Coach Luis Enrique and star man Lionel Messi. The reports are so strong with recent rumours claiming that the coach has been told he will be sacked even if he wins tonight's encounter amid reports that Leo Messi could leave the club.
