Louis Van Gaal drops a bomb on Falcao

Manchester United Coach Louis Van Gaal has hinted that loanee Radamel Falcao might not be given a permanent deal at the expiration of his current loan. Speaking at a press conference, he said ,"He has to prove himself, we have made a deal and everything is clear. It's not the end of the year so he has a chance".
"If a player cost £95m or £5,000 it's not any different for me. You have to prove yourself."
Falcao's agent, Jorge Mendes, recently said he was unsure what the future held for his client.
Regarding reports that United will be given another £150m to spend, Van Gaal said it would instead be a quiet January for the club, who spent in excess of that amount in the summer.
"I don't think we shall be very active," he said. "Not many players at a certain level are available. I have also said when we have to buy a player he has to be better than our players who are now playing now and that is a difficult job."
