In tonight's edition, we look at the news and top headlines that have been making the rounds today. We start with some of the top stories. 
The Mirror reports that Tottenham have made a stunning offer to beat bitter rivals Arsenal to West Ham defender Winston Reid.
Manchester United target Mats Hummels, the Germany World Cup defender, claims he cannot give current club Borussia Dortmund any guarantees over his future.
Ex-England striker Jermain Defoe went house-hunting in the north-east on Wednesday, as his £14million move to Sunderland  from Major League Soccer side Toronto edged closer.
Liverpool have identified Australia goalkeeper Mathew Ryan, currently at Belgian side Bruges, as a possible rival for Simon Mignolet.
 
 West Ham midfielder Ravel Morrison will sign a pre-contract with Italian side Lazio in the next 48 hours.
Italians Sampdoria have been told to come back with a bigger offer to sign Everton striker Samuel Eto'o.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger wants to sign two players in January to bolster Arsenal's push for a Champions League place. Wenger has told scouts and staff that he believes the Gunners' defence and midfield needs strengthening.                                                                                                                   Legia Warsaw have confirmed that 17 year old starlet Krstian Bielik will have a medical at the Emirates on friday.
