award, thus winn-ing it for the fourth straight time, since 2011.
The
Ivorian captain defeated his nearest rival, Nigeria captain and first
choice goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama and Gabon international,
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. With Our own Nigerian female footballer Asisat Oshoala winning 2 awards for Female footballer of the year and Best youth player of the year. The Referee of the year award was won by Papa Bakary Gassama of Gambia. OTHER WINNERS
