Real Madrid agree five year contract with Marco Reus
According to El Confidencial, Real Madrid have triggered the 20 million pounds release clause in the German's contract and he would move over to Spain in the summer. Borrusia CEO's Watzke on wednesday said that he hoped the talented midfielder would extend his current deal billed to expire in the summer, but that any choice the player would make is his decision. This comes as a heavy blow to Borrusia Dortmund who could well lose Matts Hummels afer the player reportedly told the club he is not sure of assuring the club of his future amid a reported bid from Arsenal for him and teammate Ilkay Gundogan.
