Hughes: Moses Is Ready For Action
Stoke City manager Mark Hughes admits Victor Moses is well in his plans
for this weekend game against Leicester City in the English Premier
League.
Moses is yet to play for Stoke City since the end of November when he went off injured against Burnley but Hughes said Moses fitness level since returning from Chelsea last week where he underwent treatment and rehabilitation puts him in contention for the Leicester City clash.
“We kept Victor back last week because he had only been with us for three or four days, and we didn't want to put him at risk.
“I could have taken a chance with him, but given the circumstances I elected to leave him out of it against Arsenal. He has been training this week and looks sharp so he is ready to go.”
The 24 year old Nigerian will be hoping to add to his total of 10 appearances in the league for the Potters with one goal scored against West Ham in a 2-2 draw on the first of November 2014.
